HAMMERHEADS IT IS OFFICIALLY SUMMER SWIM SEASON!

This email has A LOT of INFORMATION...sorry for those who think my emails are long ;)

Tuesday-  Morning Practice Starts! Age Group Times are on the Website or App. Please Declare for Thursday's meet by 7:00pm on Tuesday. ALSO there are several MUCH NEEDED VOLUNTEER POSITIONS still open for the Meet. If you have not signed up to volunteer, remember you must have 5 volunteer shifts for the season. If you need pointers on how to sign-up for volunteer shifts please let me know, I am happy to help. Or if you can't find a shift on your assigned committee also please let me know. Volunteer shift signups close at 7:00pm on Tuesday.

Wednesday- Night Practice Begins. Remember Night Practices are for working families or if you have another week long camp (VBS, baseball, horseback camp etc.) This allows your swimmers not to miss a whole week of swim. You can RSVP only if you need night practice under "Signup Calendar". Night Practice is Monday and Wednesday nights from 5-6pm. 

Thursday- We will have Morning Practice as scheduled. Swimmers will have their arms marked with their Events for the meet that night. There is a lot of information about how a meet works and what to expect under MEETS tab on the website or app. Please arrive Thursday for the Meet before 4:00pm-remember parking will be on Harrington Drive. Parking in the Clubhouse Parking Lot is "no longer first come first serve". Swimmers will start warm ups at 4:00pm. If you are volunteering check your volunteer check in time. You will check in at the volunteer desk in the courtyard area near restrooms. Please have your swimmer wear their team suit. Bring a bag, googles, team t-shirt, two towels, snacks, activities for your swimmers while they are in the bullpen waiting to swim (coloring, games, playing cards etc.)

Friday- FUN FRIDAY All Team Swim at 9-10:30/11am Donuts Ribbons Fun Prizes!

T-shirts are IN and will be distributed tomorrow at practice!

New this year any purchases over $3 at the Concessions Stand can be charged to our new VENMO account @hfswimteam ...We will still be accepting cash so make sure to bring cash to the swim meet on Thursday!

Also, new this year we will have a Merchandise Table at our First Home Meet! You will be able to purchase 2022 Adult Tanks/T-shirts, Old Kids T-shirts, Swim Caps, and Tattoos. You can either pay with Venmo or Cash. Plus, we will be featuring our own uniquely designed bracelets and earrings by Laura Brock owner of "With Love Designs".
