Harrington Falls Hammerheads

• Be On TIME (practice and meets) 
• A parent or guardian must be present during swim practice. You are not allowed to drop off your child for practice. In case of an emergency, we strongly discourage parents from waiting in the car during practice.
• Come Dressed to Swim. If you need to change please arrive before practice to change in our restrooms.
• Only bring what you need for practice. Swim suite, goggles, bag, towel, flip flops, and sunscreen.
• Our team provides kick boards. No fins are required.
• Practice Groups are based on Age. The ASA uses the birthday May 31st to define age groups.
• Basic Pool Rules Apply. No Running. No Glass etc.
• No Climbing or Scaling metal fence around pool deck.
• There is no dive starts at Harrington Falls Pool. All races start in the water. Our pool is unique that it is shallow at each end (3.5') and deep (5') in the middle.
• The swim coaches or team parent representative is not responsible for watching your children (swimmers or non-swimmers) if they are playing on the playground or running in the grassy areas around the clubhouse during practice times. They are your responsibility to monitor.
• The swim coaches are hired coaching staff by the Harrington Falls HOA. Please remind your children while they are coaching, please do not hang on them, try to play with them, or divert their attention away from the active swimmers in the pool.

Inclement Weather Policy:  

As long as there is no thunder present, we will practice in the rain. We all know that summer rain showers come and go. Many times the weather forecast has predicted rain and it is just overcast but no rain. Also, it may start to rain and then 10 minutes later it stops. So please show up to practice unless you receive email confirmation that practice is cancelled.
