Dear Hammerheads,

I am writing to you on behalf of the Harrington Falls Swim Team 2023 Sponsorship Chairs. As you know, we are a self-funded organization that annually raises money needed for the upcoming summer swim league season.

Harrington Falls is a family oriented community. The neighborhood has 137 homes and our program is open to any child in the surrounding area - additionally pulling from multiple neighborhoods in Milton and Alpharetta that don’t have neighborhood teams. The summer swim team averages 150 swimmers each year. We train each weekday in May and June. We compete against other neighborhood swim teams in the North Fulton area for 5 consecutive weeks. All teams are members of the Atlanta Swim Association.

We are currently working to raise the necessary funds to kick off this years’ swim season. Sponsorship funds will be used to cover our many expenses, such as coaches salaries, maintenance of swim team equipment, team t-shirts/printing costs, and supplies for swim team events/activities. We would like to collect all sponsorship dollars by May 1, 2023, so that we have adequate time to get our season off to a good start financially.

Checks can be made payable to “Harrington Falls Swim Team” or you can pay through Venmo,  please note in the comments your company's name and sponsorship.
