Swim Meet and Greet:

There will be a Mandatory Team Meet and Greet on Monday, May 6th 4-6pm at the Harrington Falls Clubhouse.

Swim Requirements:

Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted. Coach-supported practice is available.

Evaluations:

Required for 6 & Under, 7/8 groups, or new team members. Scheduled for May 14 during your child’s group practice time.

Swim Fees:

• First Swimmer: $130
• Additional Swimmers: $100 each
• 13 and older registration: only $30

Includes a team T-shirt

Mandatory Fee by Harrington Falls HOA for Non-Residents

• $20 per non-resident swimmer

Atlanta Swim Association (ASA) Fees

• Prior to April 14: $40 per swimmer
• After April 14: $60 per swimmer
• After May 30: $65 per swimmer

Late fees are implemented by ASA

Additional Fees & Charges

• $3.30 per swimmer for Swimtopia services
• Payment Processing: Credit card fees are covered by the cardholder
• Team Suit: See "Team Suit" on Team Website

Note: a $30 discount is applied for additional swimmers; all credit card fees are covered by cardholders.

Uniform: A team swim suit is not provided as part of this fee, but is a requirement.

Volunteer Requirement:

5 shifts per family, regardless of the number of swimmers. A $300 fine applies if not completed.

Practice Schedule:

May Evening Practices

May practices starting Tuesday, May 14. Practices are held Monday–Fridays during May evenings, May 14–May 21. The ASA uses May 31st as it

• 4:00–4:30p = Coach-supported practice (begins Thursday, May 16)
• 4:30–5:00p = 6 & under
• 5:15–5:45p = 7 & 8
• 6:00–6:30p = 9 & 10
• 6:45–7:15p = 11 & up

Summer Morning Practices

The morning practices start Tuesday, May 28, and are held Monday–Thursdays.

• 8:00–8:30a = Coach-supported practice
• 8:30–9:00a = 6 & under
• 9:15–10:00a = 7 & 8
• 10:15–11:00a = 9 & 10
• 11:15a–12:00p = 11 & up

It is not required for you to be at every practice. We understand families have camps and vacations. However, the more swimmers at practice, the stronger our team is.

Summer Night Practice:

To accommodate working parents and camp schedules,we will have night practices available starting May 29. Summer night practice is available for all age groups except for the coach support group. Night practice will be held Monday and Wednesday nights from 5:30–6:30 pm. Evening practice is limited to 24 spaces. The team will use 3 lanes (60% of the pool) for night practice and 2 lanes (40% of the pool) will be open to Harrington Falls members.

Fun Friday Free Swim:

On Friday mornings following swim meets, we have a team wide free swim day, 9:00–10:30 am. We will have donuts and themed celebrations, giving awards to swimmers from the previous swim meet.

Swim Meet Schedule:

All swim meets are hosted at the Harrington Falls Clubhouse pool or at our opponents' pool (in the Northwest Atlanta district). For Home meets, plan to arrive at 3:30pm, and Away meets, at 4:00pm. Your swimmer will see the best results if they are at most practices and meets, but we do not penalize swimmers for missing a meet.

**The Atlanta Swim Association will finalize our swim meet locations mid-April.
