On Monday, May 6 from 4–6pm, we are hosting our drop-in event to…

1. Introduce the coaches
2. Receive swim evaluation and practice info
3. Review the code of conduct agreement for your swimmer
4. Order your official team suit (this will be your last chance to order)
5. Order official Hammerhead team merch

Location: Harrington Falls Clubhouse, 12975 Harrington Drive, Alpharetta 30009

Attendance Requirement: Please remember, one parent from each family must attend; your swimmer is welcome to attend but not required.

Swim EvaluationsMay 14 & 15: Swim evaluations are required for those either in the 6U age group, the 7/8U age group, OR your swimmer is new to our team. The evaluations will be held during your swimmer's age group practice time. Evaluation times lines up with the age-group practice schedule for May:

• 6U 4:30–5:00 pm
• 7/8U 5:15–5:45 pm
• 9/10U 6:00–6:30 pm
• 11&Up 6:45–7:15 pm

Coach Support Practice: Based on the evaluations, it may be recommended by our coaches that your swimmer be a part of our "Coach Supported Practice" (CSP). The CSP program begins Thursday, May 16, with practice from 4:00-4:30 pm.

Code of Conduct Agreement: Each of you signed the Harrington Falls Code of Conduct when you registered. I am required by the HOA to have each family receive a hard copy and sign off that you have received a copy.

Parking at Meet and Greet: Even though the meet and greet is a drop-in event at the Harrington Falls Clubhouse, the parking lot is very small. Additional parking is on the left hand side of Harrington Drive (tennis court side) only. Fire Code states that cars must be facing as if they are leaving the neighborhood. If your car is not parked on the Left hand side of the road you will be asked to move.

Registration Closing May 5: Registration for the swim season closes Sunday May 5. If you know of anyone who would like to swim please encourage them to register by midnight Sunday. We have to close registration so we can move on with other tasks.

Look for 2023 Awards: 2023 swim families, we’ll have the 2023 Ribbon box at the Meet and Greet. Please look through the box for awards and ribbons. Also if you were not at the 2023 banquet or did not get a trophy at the end of last season, those will be available for pickup at the Meet and Greet as well.
