Dear Team,

I wanted to clear up some discrepancies I heard about this morning at practice. We are the AWAY team this week and next, so we are at the mercy of the HOME team. Gabby did not receive notification about the meet till after practice on Tuesday because of the holiday on Monday. Gabby has been busy Tuesday and Wednesday entering our swimmers into races, so her email to the team was postponed till this morning. It is very important to declare your swimmers as soon as possible so she doesn’t have to keep back tracking. Go ahead and declare your athletes for all future meets. When Gabby and the other head coach merged the meet this morning the other head coach forgot to enter her team into relays. They had to unmerge the meet so she could enter her relays in. This is why the 6u and 7/8s arms are not marked. We will mark them as soon as they get to their bullpens. This is why it is very important to have your athletes at the pool on time! Please be flexible with arrivals times when we are AWAY. 

Gabby sent an email this morning that has the pool address. This team is a combination of Pennebrooke and Park Bridge. It is very confusing how they have it listed and where exactly we are supposed to go and I have verbalized this to their team. Please use the address Gabby had in her email for the pool!

All correct information is in Gabby’s email she sent called Meet Day - Pennbrooke. Please refer to that email for all information regarding the meet tonight and theme for Fun Friday. There will be a weekly email sent by Gabby for each meet please refer to that for all correct information. Our theme may differ from the HOME TEAM.
