I apologize for the delay in getting this information out. As the visiting team this week, we have to wait for the home team to send us their meet details before we can share it with our families. Their email was sent this morning at 8:49 AM, and I wanted to get the information to you as quickly as possible. Please review the important details for Thursday’s meet below.

MEET #4 AT WINDWARD LAKE CLUB (AWAY)

2001 Lake Windward Drive, Alpharetta, GA 30005

Arrival Time: 4:30pm 

Theme: SHARK WEEK

Warm Up Time
Our team will warm up from 4:55–5:20 PM.

Volunteer Check-in at 4:30. Please look for Kristen and Sarah Ann at the Volunteer Check-in Table in front of the Bullpen Area. 

Bullpen

We have shaded area under a large blue umbrella for our bullpen. 

Concessions
They will have a full concession stand available, including burgers, hot dogs, brats, snacks, and drinks. They accept both cash and Venmo.

Parking

Windward’s pool parking lot should accommodate most families. If additional parking is needed, street parking is available in The Bluffs neighborhood across the street. We do ask that everyone avoid parking in any areas marked with No Parking signs.

Additional Information

We know the weather forecast is looking a little uncertain this week. If weather becomes an issue, we will ask everyone except coaches to return to their vehicles while we monitor conditions and determine whether the meet can continue.

Windward will also have their Little Waves exhibition swimmers participating before the 6 & Under Girls Relay. They will swim one length of the pool, and they may run two heats depending on participation. We are planning on doing something similar for our last home meet next week.
